Terms of Service — Refurbind

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Refurbind website and services (the "Platform"), operated by Refurbind Tech Private Limited, a subsidiary of Manak Waste Management Private Limited ("Cashify"). By accessing the Platform or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or use the Platform under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian, and be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law.

3. Products & Condition Grading

Refurbind sells certified refurbished electronics. Each device is inspected against a 32-point functional and cosmetic checklist and assigned a transparent condition grade (such as Superb or Good) before listing. Product images and grade descriptions are intended to represent the device accurately; minor cosmetic marks consistent with the stated grade are not defects.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
Strikethrough prices indicate the approximate original retail price and are shown for comparison only.
Prices and offers may change without notice; the price at the time of order confirmation applies.
We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing or listing errors, with a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across serviceable pincodes in India. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and are indicative; delays caused by logistics partners, weather or events beyond our control do not constitute a breach of these Terms. Risk in the product passes to you on delivery.

6. Warranty & Replacement

6-month warranty. Every device carries a 6-month warranty against functional defects, starting on the date of delivery.
15-day replacement. If your device has a functional issue or does not match its listed grade, you may request a replacement within 15 days of delivery.
The warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage after delivery, unauthorised repairs or modifications, normal battery degradation within stated limits, or accessories unless specified.
To raise a claim, contact support@refurbind.com with your order number.

Warranty service is provided by Refurbind or its authorised service partners. Approved claims are fulfilled by repair, replacement or refund at our discretion, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current information; false information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting unauthorised access, scraping or copying content at scale, interfering with the Platform's operation, placing fraudulent orders, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content — including logos, text, graphics and software — are owned by or licensed to Refurbind and its group companies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party brand names (such as Apple, Samsung and OnePlus) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify products; their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refurbind's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of data or profits. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Refurbind, its group companies, and their officers and employees against claims and losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, the courts at Delhi/Gurugram shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
